At Atelier Setup, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
📦 Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
- All products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags, invoices, and accessories.
- Products must be securely packed in a sturdy box or package to prevent damage during transit.
- Any product returned in a used, damaged, dirty, or altered condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
📧 How to Raise a Request
- All return or exchange requests must be raised via email at:
info@ateliersetup.in - Requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect item received.
- If a replacement product is unavailable, customers may:
- Choose an alternative product of equal value, or
- Wait until the product is back in stock.
- Products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for exchange.
- Exchange requests will be entertained only for products purchased directly from Atelier Setup.
🚚 Shipping Charges
- All shipping charges for returns or exchanges (to and from Atelier Setup) will be borne by the customer.
- Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service or India Post.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances.
- In rare cases where a refund is approved by Atelier Setup:
- Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
- Shipping charges, order processing fees, packaging costs, transaction fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during discount sales, clearance sales, or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If a product description mentions “No Return / No Exchange”, the same will be strictly followed.
📍 Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
- Orders returned due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Such orders can be re-shipped once received back by us.
- Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
⚠️ Damaged Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
- Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the courier.
